The Director’s teaching responsibilities are two courses each semester. Additional compensation is paid for summer teaching. Qualifications: A doctoral degree in nursing or healthcare related field (Ph.D., DNP) is required. Additionally, a Master’s degree in Nursing and Texas APRN licensure with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner are required. Teaching experience online nursing faculty is required, preferably teaching experience at the graduate level. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a dedication to professional attainment, and commitment to quality improvement are essential. Must be an active, and committed Christian.
